E&B is a MEP Design/Build company and a Purchasing Agent. Our scope includes design, selection, procurement and commissioning of multiple applications (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Central Boiler and Chiller plants, Thermal Storage, Waste Heat Recovery, Water Treatment Plants, Mission Critical Projects and Co-generation combined Heat & Power).

Our staff of Engineering and management holds a large experience in the International Business and the HVAC area including but not limited to office buildings, hotels, industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial refrigeration, cogeneration, thermal storage and waste recovery heat.

Our extensive knowledge of the Central America, Andean and Caribbean market allows us to make strategic alliances with local mechanical contractors in order to provide (at the customer's request) installation, start-up, service and even operate the chilled water plant.

We can also supply all the equipment and accessories required for a particular project.

We provide service and maintenance of heavy equipment in the Caribbean, Central America and the Andean region.

Energy Audit

Energy consumption analysis in a particular facility (HVAC&R, Lighting, BMS, Motors, Envelope, Water, Air compressed). After evaluation is done, we proceed with the modification of the system to achieve maximum energy savings possible within acceptable pay-back periods according with the last regulations with the enviroment.
